Refund policy

At Alora Shape, we take hygiene and our customers' health very seriously. Due to the intimate nature of our products (fajas and shapewear), we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.

1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTIMATE APPAREL

For sanitary reasons and in accordance with U.S. health regulations, all fajas and shapewear are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or style preferences once the product has been delivered.

We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Chart carefully or contacting our support team before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (DEFECTIVE ITEMS)

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE CLAIMS

To be eligible for a resolution regarding a damaged or defective item:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will notify you if your refund or replacement was approved.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Replacements: If you prefer a replacement for the same defective item, we will ship it at no additional cost to you once the defect is verified.

5. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
