SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Alora Shape. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days (if selected at checkout).

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD.
3. SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Alora Shape ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure the address format is correct to avoid delivery delays.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)
Alora Shape is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES
Alora Shape is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Recommendation: We suggest taking photos of the damaged package upon arrival to assist with your claim.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
